Working Principle
The Manual Film Winding Device Achieves The Winding And Unwinding Of Thin Films Through Mechanical Transmission. Firstly, Fix The Film Edge Of The Air Vent On The Film Rolling Rod, Which Is Connected To The Gearbox. The Gearbox And Handle Are Fixed By A Fixed Pole But Can Move Up And Down. When Doing Homework, Shake The Handle And The Gears Inside The Gearbox Rotate, Causing The Film Rolling Rod To Rotate. As The Film Rises, The Gearbox And Handle Rise Along The Fixed Pole, Completing The Ventilation Operation. Reverse The Rotation Of The Handle, The Gearbox Descends, The Film Winding Rod Descends, And The Ventilation Opening Is Closed.

Top Roll Installation
For The Greenhouse Air Outlet (usually Located 3-4 Meters Above The Greenhouse Floor), The Installation Method Is The Same As That For The Lower Air Outlet. The Difference Is That A Guide Chain With A Downward Inclination Of About Two Meters Is Installed On The Upper Air Outlet, And The Upper Air Outlet Is Retracted And Unfolded By Pulling The Guide Chain.
Precautions For Use
Straightening Of Film Rolling Rod: After Installation, The Film Rolling Rod Must Be Straightened To Meet The Subsequent Use Of The Greenhouse.
Operating Standards: Avoid Hitting With Metal Objects During Use, And Avoid Sudden Drops From Heights. Pay Attention To Acid And Alkali Prevention, And Do Not Use Oily Substances For Maintenance Or Lubrication.
Regular Inspection: The Parts Connected By Bolts Should Be Inspected At Least Once A Month. If Rust Spots Are Found, They Should Be Cleaned And Coated With Grease In A Timely Manner To Extend Their Service Life. If Necessary, Bolts Of The Same Model And Specification Should Be Replaced.
